Some of WOCHN partners have two concerns: water remaining on solar modules after rain, which reduces power output and causes dust accumulation, and unreliable grounding on outdoor mounting structures, creating lightning and electric shock risks.
To slove these problems, our company offers two small kits – the Water Conducting Clip and the Grounding Clip
Water Conducting Clip: Guides water Away, Boosts Generation by at Least 5% in Rainy Regions
In areas with frequent rainfall, water accumulated on modules will lead lowers light transmittance. In winter, water accumulation adds extra load. Our water conducting clip can installed on the module edge and drain water away, keeping the surface dry.

Field data show that in rainy regions, using the water conducting clip significantly cuts generation loss caused by water retention, increasing annual power output by at least 5%.
Our water conducting clip are flexible: 1. 3 heights available: 30mm/33mm/35mm 2. 2 materials for options: AL6005-T5 or Stainless 304
Additional benefits:
Lower cleaning costs – Flowing water naturally washes away dust, reducing manual cleaning frequency.
Prevents corrosion & damage – Eliminates long‑term water contact that corrodes aluminium frames ,extending system life.
Grounding Clip: Achieve Safe and Reliable Grounding
To avoid potential mounting structure fire risks and electrical leakage issues, our grounding clip ensures a stable and reliable electrical connection for long-term system safety.

Electrical grounding – In case of leakage or fault, current is quickly discharged to ground, preventing electric shock.
Lightning protection – During a lightning strike, huge current is conducted through the brackets and safely diverted to earth via the grounding clip, protecting expensive equipment like modules and inverters.
Penetrates oxide layers – Outdoor brackets easily develop oxide or rust that blocks conductivity. This clip’s sharp structure cuts through surface oxidation, maintaining low‑resistance, reliable electrical connections between brackets and grounding wires over the long term.
Small Components, Big Impact – Proven in Real Operation
Though small and low‑cost, the water conducting clip and grounding Clip tackle two of the most common but often neglected problems in PV plant operation: water accumulation and grounding safety. Both products are compatible with mainstream module and mounting system models and feature a quick‑clip design – no complex tools required.
If you are facing generation loss from water ponding or worrying about grounding safety, contact us for a trial. A small investment for a more efficient, safer, and longer‑lasting PV plant.
