Solar Summary of WOCHN's European business trip in May

Jun. 06, 2025

As a bellwether of the global photovoltaic industry, Intersolar Europe 2025 was successfully held last month. Our team participated in this event and actively expanded the European market. During the exhibition, the team not only connected with potential new customers from the Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium and other countries, but also visited core distributors in France, Denmark, Romania and Bulgaria to deepen cooperation. The intensive exchanges sent a clear signal: the European market's acceptance of oxide-free photovoltaic rails is experiencing a significant increase, and its super cheap price has become a key competitive advantage.

Why is the usage rate of no-anodized rails increasing?

First of all, we are familiar with the anodized rails on the market. Anodizing is a special treatment that forms an oxide film on the metal surface to improve the corrosion resistance of the rails. It seems that anodized rails are better.

So why can some people accept no-anoxized rails?

In fact, no-anodized does not mean no protection, especially for untreated aluminum rails, which will form an oxide film in a dry environment, with basic anti-corrosion ability, which can meet the service life requirements of 10-15 years. In non-coastal inland cities, rails are almost negligible to the erosion caused by the sea, such as sea breeze, rain, and air humidity. These are factors that accelerate the rusting of metals. At the same time, the price of no-anodized rails is 15%~20% lower than that of anodized rails!  This means that in inland dry environments, choosing non-oxidized guide rails can not only meet the use needs, but also significantly reduce procurement costs. It is a more cost-effective and wise choice.

At the same time, the following two rails are very popular with customers in many European countries:

     Lock from bottom---IR Rail

All of our rails have no-anxodized and anxodized versions.

If your location in inland with lower corrosion resistance requirements, the no-anodized profiles is best the for your choice! lt will be bring more cost savings!
